- We are committed to providing a safe and fun memorable experience for our guests, employees and community. The Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location are subject to unforeseen conditions are not guaranteed to be available. The Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location availability is always subject to conditions including, but not limited to, weather, mechanical, safety, capacity, and crowding considerations. All schedules are subject to change. By purchasing an online ticket, you are agreeing to utilize the ticket for the Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction. Ticket holder is not eligible for any credit, refund, rescheduling, replacement or cancellation due to changes or closure of Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location. Ticket prices may vary and access/benefits for attraction and location are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to escort from Friedsam Memorial Carousel premises any individuals or groups who are acting in ways deemed harmful to our staff or Friedsam Memorial Carousel, or that impinge upon the safety or enjoyment of the Friedsam Memorial Carousel by other guests. If guests are removed from the Friedsam Memorial Carousel premises, they are not eligible for credit, refund, rescheduling or replacement.
- ARRIVAL is at the discretion of the ticket holder, and Friedsam Memorial Carousel is not responsible for extension or rescheduling for late arrival or missed visit.
- During your visit, you may be photographed or videotaped by Central Amusement International Inc. (CAI) or third parties authorized by CAI. Your image may also be observed and transmitted real time by CAI via live webcam. Your ticket serves as permission for the foregoing uses of your image. Commercial photography or filming is prohibited without express permission of CAI. It is also forbidden to bring ancillary photography/videography equipment into the Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location, including, but not limited to, lights, tripods and reflectors.
- An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Please note the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advises that older adults and people of any age who have certain underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19 (please visit CDC website for updated information on the COVID-19 risk linked to certain underlying medical conditions: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/need-ext… Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. We encourage you to check temperatures of yourself and your party prior to leaving home. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By visiting Friedsam Memorial Carousel, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. In addition, by visiting Friedsam Memorial Carousel all guests will be required to abide by all the enhanced health and safety measures.
- Upon entry, guests release and agree to hold Friedsam Memorial Carousel and CAI harmless from, and waive on behalf of themselves, their heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to themselves and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of the attraction and location, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Friedsam Memorial Carousel. Guests understand that upon entry, they discharge Friedsam Memorial Carousel from any liability or claim that guests, their heirs, or any personal representatives may have against the attraction and location with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Friedsam Memorial Carousel and CAI.
- Proper attire is required for the duration of your visit to Friedsam Memorial Carousel. In order to maintain an environment suitable for guests of all ages, and in consideration of your personal health and safety, shirts and shoes must be worn on rides at all times. Clothing depicting rude, vulgar and otherwise offensive language or images is not permitted. Guest in violation of our dress code will be asked to leave and escorted from the Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location.
- Friedsam Memorial Carousel adheres to a zero-tolerance policy regarding offensive language. Guests using profanity or abusive language, including symbols or gestures, will be escorted from the premises and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Friedsam Memorial Carousel asks parents and guardians to remain with small children at all times. In the event you are separated from a person under your supervision, please contact the first available Friedsam Memorial Carousel employee for assistance. Friedsam Memorial Carousel also recommends designating a centrally located meeting place to gather if someone in your party gets lost.
- The Friedsam Memorial Carousel may not be accessible for people with disabilities and those unable to enter, transfer and exit the attraction or in any case conditions are inappropriate and/or dangerous for use. - Legally documented service animals are permitted at Friedsam Memorial Carousel. All other animals and pets are strictly prohibited. We ask you do not leave animals on the sidewalks and surrounding areas of the attraction and location perimeter. In such cases the appropriate authorities will be notified.
- In order to maintain a friendly and safe environment, line jumping will not be tolerated. Guests are not allowed to save places in line or exit lines and return for any reason. Violators will be escorted from the premises without refund.
- Loose articles such as backpacks, cell phones, cameras and purses are not allowed on rides and should be left with non-riders. Personal items of any kind that interfere with safety harnesses must be removed prior to entering attractions. Friedsam Memorial Carousel and its employees are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. Please report any items lost in the rides area to a ride operator or Guest Services.
- Friedsam Memorial Carousel is a smoke-free facility. Absolutely no smoking is permitted within the premises or on attraction.
- Firearms, knives, razor blades, weapons or objects of any kind capable of causing harm are strictly forbidden. Restricted areas are off limits to Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location guests. Guests attempting to enter restricted areas will be escorted from the attraction and location without refund.
- Friedsam Memorial Carousel provides a color-coded height stick located at every ride for guests unsure if they meet minimum height requirements. Height sticks helps individuals and parents of children quickly identify safety requirements established by the ride safety specifications.
- Safety is Friedsam Memorial Carousel top priority. Due to the dimensions of restraint devices of rides, select attractions may not be safe for guests of certain heights, weights and body proportions. - There are inherent risks in the participation of any amusement ride. Please exercise sound judgment and act in a responsible manner while on the Friedsam Memorial Carousel. Guests are required to adhere to oral and written warnings and properly use all ride safety equipment provided. Those who do not comply with rules will be escorted from the Friedsam Memorial Carousel attraction and location without refund. We ask that you refer to the specific guidelines posted at the entrance of the ride.
- Friedsam Memorial Carousel is committed to providing a safe and fun environment. In addition to our Code of Conduct, guests are required to follow all local, state and federal laws, rules and on-site instructions.
- Those who choose to participate in the amusement ride and attraction at Friedsam Memorial Carousel accept any and all inherent risks. Restrictions for guests of certain heights, weights and body proportions are posted at applicable rides. We urge everyone visiting Friedsam Memorial Carousel to participate responsibly and be in adequate physical condition to ride safely. Know your limitations. If you suspect your health, or the health of a member of your party, could be at risk for any reason, or that riding could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT RIDE. Please abide by all safety warnings and notices, and be responsible for yourself, the people who accompany you and children or individuals who are in your care.
